TenX (PAY) Added Litecoin (LTC), but Still no Real Cards on the Horizon

TenX (PAY) has risen 9.25% in the past day, inching its way toward the $1.00 mark (it’s currently sitting at 98 cents). This Ethereum token is the cryptocurrency that’s part of a wallet app and debit card, which will supposedly allow for the spending of multiple different digital coins – if the cards launch in the US anytime soon (that’s doubtful, but more on that below).

Well, this digital wallet token is probably surging right now because it just added a new coin offering to its wallet app and, maybe, an eventual functioning crypto debit card down the road. Litecoin (LTC) is not part of the TenX (PAY) ecosystem.

TenX (PAY) Quietly Added Litecoin (LTC) Support

A few days ago, TenX (PAY) added Litecoin (LTC) to its wallet app without really announcing it. In fact, the news broke on social media before the PAY team got a chance to make the news public. LTC has actually been supported for about a week already, but they released it without making a public announcement because “this allowed for a slower adoption rate while we finalise live testing — going forward this will be our process for new coin integrations to ensure both stability and wide availability.”

They are also working with the Litecoin Foundation to do a dual-branded debit card where users can pay with LTC just like they would with any other payment card – but wasn’t Litecoin itself already doing that with LitePay?

But who cares about Litecoin cards when TenX cards still haven’t shipped.

Where are the TenX cards at?

If you have been following the TenX (PAY) story at all, or you invested in this project, you probably already know that several months have gone by where users were supposed to already have a functioning card – but still no card.

In fact, they recently failed to meet an end of Q1 deadline to have these cards up and running – but PAY hodlers are still anxiously waiting. They recently told us that they still basically have no idea when the cards are going to arrive.

Their former fans on Reddit have gotten pretty annoyed with them in recent weeks, given all the delays and pretty useless announcements without solid timelines:

tenx (pay), litecoin

tenx (pay), litecoin
